On the page 'Competences" I mention different areas of improvement, and when I look back at my development plan of this year, I notice some more areas of improvement or activities which I haven't tried out yet. Therefore

I want to be able to include improving the English Language of students, in my class, by perhaps having the students create a dummy map individually. In here they can place all the concepts/ words/ key terms that they do not understand and can take with them back home to practice.

I want to create a better understanding of the working environment of an International school; What positions are there to fill-in? What have these positions to do with a school? And how can I as a student - history teacher, become more than just a history teacher? 

​

I want to achieve a better understanding of the theoretical concepts, improving my vision. 

​

I want to create a better understanding of the pedagogical competence,  by creating more research papers, such as the one of this year. 

Describing the different ways of creating a safe learning environment.
